It's No Bunk

The room on the top worked beautifully when this was a one-child family.  In the photo on the left, the single bed became a bunk bed -- providing sleeping room for younger brother. Mom added a matching dresser to make storage space for two, and two hutches -- topped with a stylish pediment -- to keep a double dose of "stuff" organized. The new desk created a place for everything from artwork to homework.
